A card printed to coincide with this year's Hay Festival, pairing some rather medieval looking wooden text ornaments with the words 'Festival Hay', printed, appropriately enough, in Phillip Boydell's wonderful 'Festival' type from 1950, which was the official display face for the 1951 Festival of Britain. Impossible to see it without imagining bunting somewhere nearby.
